I'd like to compliment the excellent above and beyond customer service I recently received both from Robert of R & B Healthcare Services and from Pride Mobility Co.nI purchased a Pride Mobility travel scooter from Robert for a Christmas gift for my wife who has difficulty getting around. It is a wonderful machine, very portable and fits our needs exactly. Five months after, however, my batteries discharged and would not re-charge. With the assistance of Robert, Pride Mobility not only replaced the worn batteries with out charge honoring the warranty, but I had them delivered to my home in less than 24 hours from my phone call!! Such service is unique and certainly exceeded my wildest expectations. Bravo to Robert, R & B, and Pride Mobility for a job well done

Robert truly came to my mother’s rescue!nnMy mother was suffering from pain on both her legs due to very poor circulation . This caused us to purchase stockings from a different medical supply which made my mother’s pain much worse. To the point that they were endangering her blood flow (feet to heart). That place sold us the wrong type and model!nnI am so grateful that I found R &B.nThank you Robert for your hard work, honesty and for going out of your way to bring my mother the correct pair or compression stockings. Robert is amazing!!! He is so responsive and provided excellent customer service. He is knowledge seeks the best prices and delivered and picked up the item I needed. My experience with R and B Health was beyond satisfactory. I was out of the country, when I broke my foot. We found R and B on google, and contacted them. They responded immediately and we handled everything online. The scooter was waiting for me when I arrived home. The owner frequently checked in to monitor my progress. The service, the products, the price point, everything was satisfactory. I’d highly recommend them.
