Hell's Kitchen Pet

Having a pet store directly across the street from where you live is fantastic. It's even better when the owner and people who work there are nice, helpful and always have a smile for you when you walk in. That's definitely the case here. It's a brand new store, so it's shiny-clean. The AC is always lovely (a huge plus for that!). If there's a product you're looking for and don't see, ask and chances are good that it will be there for you within a couple of days. My dog isn't really groom-able, so I can't speak to the quality of the work, but I have talked with all the groomers and they are just as accommodating as the staff. A terrific addition to the neighborhood!!!!!

The shop is absolutely lovely, they have a great selection of items and super friendly staff.nHowever, I would not recommend them as a groomer. Nothing bad or unhygienic happened, but we asked them not to cut his tail or ear hair (we have a longer haired dog) and just give him a bit of a trim on the body...they kind of did their own thing and make him one length the whole way round. Because it's so hot out he's probably happier, but it's not the cut I asked or hoped for. All of his 'charm' was shaved away. It'll grow back, but if you have a longer haired dog I may suggest finding a different groomer. Again - great shop - just not the best grooming style.

I really like this pet store. The staff is great-they are so nice at all times and our dog pulls me in there even if we don't need anything. They have a wide selection of pet food, treats, and toys. Thanks to the staff for always being so kind and giving doggie treats even with a small purchase. I like the new store (they moved here last year). It's on a side street so don't miss it.

The owner and the staff give me and my dog a wonderful experience every time we walk in I'm always greeted with a smile and a beautiful store and my dog is always greeted with a treat and love. The groomer is amazing and takes good care of my dog.

Take your pet for grooming to this place AT YOUR OWN RISK. My review is not based on one random visit but similar experiences twice. I have heard the same from one of my neighbors. The owner of the store is the nicest guy but beware of the lady at the front desk and the groomers. The groomers might to be operating without any proper certification. In my latest visit, they had clipped my pup's nails really bad to the point that he was bleeding. Upon notifying, the lady at the front desk wouldn't even acknowledge the wrongdoing, went hostile and never apologized for the service. Having said that, they do have a great collection of pet food and accessories but STAY AWAY FROM GROOMING. Despicable service by the woman at the front desk.
