Mi Rinconcito Colombiano

This is my favorite Colombian restaurant, the food is delicious and good prices, and Omar deserves a 5 stars also, he's good at his job.nnUpdate:n09/11/2020nWent to eat dinner and ask for a Patron Margarita, the presentation very beautiful but the mini Patron they put on top I guess they mix it with water, I tried it by itself it was like 5% of Patron on the bottle, when I added to the drink...well you know, I was drinking a lemonade witch I paid $15 bucks for.

Service and food was not good. My family ate there around 2:30pm on Saturday..we were the only table at the time. The food apparently had already been cooked, as the fish was refried, overdone, tough and dry. The sweet plantains were over cooked. The service was extremely slow. The waitress was new (this we understood) but the plates were not served as ordered. Apparently, there is a lack of communication between the kitchen and the waitress. I have eaten there over the past 10 years and this is by far the worst. We will not eat there anymore.

I give two stars, because i bring my family to have a colombian dish, was a desastre. First I order a fish with salad and plantains. The fish was burning and then forgot the salad. My husband order shrimp with rice, beans and maduros. They forgot the beans and madutos. I returned my fish and owner said I can't change. I said very quiet its ok. On the end we.want coffee they bring the coffee with sugar for everyone ud83dude0b....I'm not recommend this restaurant.

Just did take out order was suppose to be ready at 320 they did not even start it yet you would think they would make on the fly but not this place had to wait another 25 minutes with approximately 7 people in the place most at the bar drinking.

My husband and I are regulars there. We travel from upper Manhattan to Jersey just to go to our favorite Rest. The location is easy to get to, the staff is wonderful very customer wise, friendly and eager to please the customers, but above all the food is delicious my husband's entrance plate a fresh Ceviche, followed by a main dish. My favorite chicken breast grilled and sweet plantains and a sweet desert. We will be going back soon for their Wednesday's Margaritas.ud83dudc4f
