Rumba Cubana - Guttenberg

This is my favorite location. They are super friendly and welcoming. They often are busy but try their best to accommodate you. The food is wonderful and served properly. If it not too cold, highly suggest the outdoor sitting, the view is very nice. The food and drinks are very tasty.

The service was 6 stars in my book. We had a whole pig roast for 16 people with drinks included. The appetizers were awesome specially the ones wrapped in bacon. Drinks were great also. We ended up staying for like 4 hours. I Highly recommend ud83dudc4c

This restaurant is overrated and way too busy. I’ve come here on at least six occasions. The service during daytime is great but come evening? It’s a whole ‘nother world... after 7, the wait for a table of two or more is always one hour or more. Sometimes they say an hour and a half, when it’s actually only a 30 minute wait. The servers are lazy and tell you they don’t have something when they actually do and they’ll end up bringing it to you. For example, one time I ordered red beans. I received black. I asked them again for red beans. They said the kitchen is now closed and they threw out the red beans. I asked if they could double check. He came back out with red beans. On another occasion, I ordered sparkling water. I received bottled Poland spring. I asked for sparkling water again. They said they ran out... but they’ll check. They came back out with sparkling water. In addition, they never really get the orders correctly because they are not listening. One time I ordered take out and they missed an entire order of salmon. Another time I ordered maduros and it was also forgotten. The portion for the passionfruit margarita is way too small. The portions for the food is excellent. The Cuban sandwich is subpar. The steaks are great. The ropa vieja is lacking red and green peppers even though it’s marketed to be cooked with it. The maduros are amazing!

Honestly it was nice but their food isn't 5 star. I love where we sat at the time, it was more private. It gave I and my family some togetherness. I love their service and their vallet parking.

I kove this place,great view and food. Only rated 4 because sometimes I feel rushed out if there busy.
