I got my Morkie from here I’m so glad I did come here The staff is nice friendly and very informative they give you a 24/7 phone number to contact if you have any questions and I definitely took advantage of that number lol but they were really helpful nice and my puppy was healthy and very playful the overall process was smooth the vet that they arenAssociated with is AMAZING! I got denied everywhere I went for a dog because I have new credit but a score of 730 and they approved me for financing amazing would strongly recommend. Thank you guys a million for my new doghter ❤ufe0f

i recently bought a puppy from this store and i don’t recommend this place at all. Because of the pandemic prices have skyrocketed and their service is horrible. They claimed my puppy came from a reputable breeder but the address and phone number i was given as proof was fake. Just because my puppy is healthy doesn’t mean they all are. They offer insurance but the only vet you’re allowed to visit is in queens. My dog needed medicine and we had to wait a week for this stupid pet store to pick it up. Then at the pet store they tried to offer the wrong medicine!

They did a bate and switch on the advertising. They have all these signs around for $50.00 down and take a puppy home today. When you get there they want to to do financing for the dog. And the other option that I was given was to put half of the money down and come back in two weeks and pay the other half and I can come and visit the puppy until the amount is paid off. There is no paperwork that states any of this stuff where you can read it this is all by Word of Mouth. And the prices that were visible was wrote in pen.

They have great breeds and helpful supplies for anything you might need for your pet. The (bilingual) staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, they were definitely up scaling the price and they didn’t care about anything else but their money. They almost had a car salesman- like attitude. When I hypothetically asked about payment plans and policies along with the duration of the layaway time, there was a bald guy behind the counter that was very rude and dismissive with his answers. Turns out he’s one of the bosses/ owner of the shop.

Purchased two puppies from this store the one pup was over vaccinated I took him to my vet her words were “oh my god he been vaccinated way too much” also the vet noticed his legs go stiff there is some kind of issue bloodwork had to be taken and the other pup which has been very sick bad case of amonia respiratory issues possible parvovirus I have been to the vet a few times dog keeps getting worse in health they tried to guilt trip me for purchasing a dog THEY HAD UP FOR SALE then made up a lie saying they informed me the pup is sick ok so why was he up for sale and thousands of dollars were accepted I believe this store had knowledge of the pup being sick and ill and failed to treat him THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER AND I AM FILING A SUIT AGAINST THEMnTHIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL STAY AWAY
