Employees need an attitude check! I love how the nurses smoke their cigarettes right in front of the clinic, no shame!

Its the closest clinic to me and their equipment is good but I have some complaints and hope they change. The waiting is ridiculous and long. The waiting room crowds up to the door in the morning so come in afternoon. The dentist uses cheap methods to clean teeth and its getting on my nerves that they still use cheap paste. Also they would change your appointments without caring that you're having an emergency.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. This is the worst clinic ever. The medical assistance that work here are very unprofessional and rude in person and on the phone. If you go to this place, make sure you bring your couch, blanket because you will sleep here. The waiting here is terrible, you will expect to be here for 5-10 hours. If you don't want to wait so long here, you might want to keep reminding them your name and the time that you got there because otherwise they will forget that you exist. How easy is their job? Not only that but they call you a day before to schedule the time but you will leave with the doctor basically because the appointment time is not guaranteed, trust me! Worse place ever I can keep on going talking about this place but the best I can do is to stop going there and advice you guys. It's crazy how you set up an appointment at 10am because according to them the doctors are there from 10am-4pm but you set your appointment at 10am to be the first one but they ended up calling you at 4:30pm...... how is that? But if one day you can't make at 4:00pm and be there at 4:10pm the doctor can't see you. But if one day you make your appointment at 4pm and unfortunately things happen, you get to be there at 4:10pm, they won't see you, you will have to reschedule. I stop going hers and I regret going here. I come all the way from Brooklyn and is not worth it. I regret it
