Happened upon this place in our neighborhood. Yummy appetizers and good Margheritas. They are not frozen but are good! Could use some outdoor lighting. Got dark and there were no lights!

Normally they are pretty good, but the last few times the service has been awful. I recently placed an order and waited a little over an hour for it only to have it canceled, my card charged, and very little communication from the restaurant about any of it. I've worked customer service for years - this was just poor customer service. If you have to cancel orders (I later found out they canceled several), you need to contact those affected and offer a solution, rather than have them waiting and then find out after over an hour that the food they ordered is not coming. Oh, did mention this is the SECOND time this has happened? Don't get me wrong, the food is great, when you can actually get it. So, feel free to roll the dice - you may get your food, you may wait over an hour for nothing. Prior to this, I would have recommended them, now I don't ever intend to order from them again.

This is my first review of outside dining. I thoroughly enjoyed being at Sahara but didn't care for the location of the tables due to the 1 train right above us. I'm giving 5 stars for the food, drinks and staff. I would give zero stars for the train. It was so loud and it seems like the train came every 5 minutes. I was smh because if I was waiting for the train it wouldn't come as frequent as it did Monday night. Lol

I love this restaurant! Their food is delicious. The serving size of their guacamole is thee heftiest. I discovered them due to being stuck at home for Covid. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

2nd time visiting this place. 1st one before COVID and tonight. I LOVE this place. The food is amazing. I love the trio mofongo and the Matahambre. Also customer service is spectacular
