I had a great experience at this place, they are attentive, courteous and compassionate, the insertion of the hormone was a breeze, they told me within 2 week I should start feeling the difference, I had them put in on Wednesday and by Friday I felt a difference, I was so lethargic and tired all the time, I felt like I had an infusion of energy put in, I was skeptical, I said to myself this can't be the hormones working already, I bet tomorrow I will feel the same tired and without energy, I was wrong, I felt even better, I felt my age again 43 not 75. I went to this facility a while back. After having the hormones inserted I started having bleeding. I was already in menopause. When I called the office about this issue I was bascially told to call my regular doctor. So basically they put the hormones in but don't deal with any issues or problems as a result. And I'm supposed to go talk to a doctor about the problem when they have no knowledge about the hormone pellets being used. I had paid for 3 insertions - luckily I got my money back for the two I didn't use. In my opinion, if you are going to offer the hormones then you should also be able to address any issues that arise as a result of using them and not just send people somewhere else.
