Every time I've visited for an appointment, never had to wait long. I got the best care. The girls behind the counter are all pleasant and they really go out of their way to help you regarding insurance, making sure the refills go out to specialist.

Great office, I'm always in and out. Never have to wait long. Staff is friendly. Dr. Imbornone is great!

These folks overcharge the customers. $240 for a fever related visit after making me wait for 30 min past the appointed time. When I called they say they are now part of Englewood Hospital family and rates have gone up. I tried explaining to the Manager who kept on repeating that am billed only half as insurance company paid half of it. My question which the Manager conveniently ignored is why was the change in rates not told me when I visited and why do they charge so high for giving medication for fever and cough and cold. Must say arrogant folks, low IQ or deliberately ignoring customers concerns when they talk.
