Elite Premier Medical Care: Fred Revoredo, MD

I had been going to Dr Fred Revoredo for many years. He’s an amazing doctor. Knows exactly what’s wrong, always runs full panels, and he always makes sure his patients are ok.nHe’s an amazing person, but sadly his staff is not the same.nThey overbook, like crazy. I had an appointment once for 2 and was not seen until closing,nThey’re very rude. They canceled my appointment three times, and that was when I decided to switch doctors.nI tried to call on multiple instances, and they never answer. Does not matter which office you call, they NEVER pick up.nFor that, I have decided to leave.nDr. Revoredo is an amazing doctor, and he should definitely know that.nBut due to his terrible staff, he’s falling short.nMaybe one day this issue will be fixed, but this has been an ongoing problem for years.

AVOID THIS OFFICE!!! My mother always loved this doctor but his office is not professional at all. They overbook appointments and turn patients away. They denied my mother an appointment because she hasnt been there recently. The CMA told her to get a new doctor. Get a new doctor??? Who says that? The doctor is great but he should really pay attention to the care his staff is providing. The CMAs and receptionist make or brake the office. Never again.

Worst doctor call experience. I tried to call for a appointment and they did not want to give me a appointment because I have not been seen recently at this office. I was going to pay out of pocket. Wow! That’s all I have to say. When a person really needs to see a doctor because of a emergency. Staff and doctors are not compassionate anymore when a person feels sick.

I absolutely adore Dr. Revoredo and his staff! I have been going to him for over 15 years and although the staff has changed his service remains great! He is a caring doctor and knows his stuff! The office staff deserve a medal all their own! They put up with so much and handle it with grace and professionalism. I adore the office staff as well. They are always helpful and willing to work with you! I have my favorites but they are all great at their jobs. Diana is always a great help, she fixes the issues and gets the job done every time! And so does the whole office!

Unprofessional staff, double booking people on time, I have called for 4 hours straight until I had to go to the office once I went to the office, doors locked and had a sign to call, call for what if no one picks up
