Needed to make a visit to ER for stitches. Seemed to me there was some action and people were busy handling patients. I was checked in fast. I sat for a bit and to my surprise, I called in. Nurse tended and dressed my cut. She then advised me Dr. would in shortly. Again, to my surprise within 15-20 minutes she was stitching me up. From check-in to discharge, I was very pleased with the amount of time I spent in the ER. The environment was clean, giving me the comfort they were following Covid processes to keep us all safe.nThanks for the great service. Much appreciated.

Had a great experience with this hospital. I called a different one first needed to know length of wait time and if I could have my daughter with me. First hospital said it was packed told me it would be a long wait (I could of been having a heart attack and was told I should not come) This hospital did not inform me of wait and said to just come. So we did. They were fast and careing. No wait. Took care of me right away. Great care. No complaints.

I took my son in for a gash on his knee, almost a week ago, that kept bleeding. The visit was very quick, the nursing staff was great, however I was extremely disappointed with the care provided by the doctor. He didn’t even clean his cut or do anything. He put a gauze pad and an elastic bandage on it and sent us on our way. They charged $955 for this visit. I will have to follow up with his pediatrician because the injury is still not healing and he is still experiencing pain at the site. We will never return there. A total rip off for the care they provided!

Well I had my baby 2 months ago in this Hospital it was a 5 starts experience everyone Was so nice, in the other hand after that .,recently I was in the ER the experience was like 0 starts the nurses were judgmental, I was feeling Really sick from my head and I had a bad anxiety , I had a bad headache my body was aching etc, the Doctor seems with an attitude and one of the nurses told me...my situation was not an emergency that why I didn’t wait till i go to my primary doctor. She was rude to question how I was feeling... and they kept looking at each other like ugh, they were not professional at all. You could hear them laughing conversating talking about others.nnUpdate! I recently came back to the ER and since the last time I was there a lot has changed the ud83dudc68‍⚕ufe0f during the day Doctor Carlos is very professional and polite I hope they keep the good people in ..there was a Nurse named Maria who was called a lot I could heard from the hospital bed ...I heard her name about 15 times , Maria do this Maria do that and kept going on and on , well Maria is the best!! even though with the pressure of other people calling her, she welcomed me ,she transferred me to the room, did my blood test and much more. She is a strong woman ud83dudc69ud83cudffb.
