This pet shop is great! They have many items and fairly reasonable. The staff and owner are super friendly, and they have everything I need, particularly high-end food for my pets, which I can't get at the grocery store or big-box pet store. We will come back and recommend the pet shop with my friends and relatives.

Great local store. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. They offer great products and services and they are always going above and beyond. They brought my cat's food to my apartment when I was too busy to come get it. Really appreciated!

Sam is the best, most dedicated pet store owner ever! He’s always on time ordering my cats’s special food, always asking how they are and even throwing in a little treat for them at times. He really cares about his clients and he even does pet sitting- my girls love him. I recommend him and the staff at Pets On Broadway any day!

The service is great. I love their staffs, they are very accomodating. They never left me with unanswered question about their products. As I entered their store, they welcomed us with my pets and gave us so much compliments before leaving the store. Will always come here.
