After scheduling an appointment for the soonest available time (a month in the future), I rescheduled after my condition got worse.nnWhen I arrived at the office and filling out paperwork, they informed me my appointment was scheduled for another time and is actually with a social worker, not a doctor. If I want to see a doctor I'd need to use the emergency room.nnAndrew Randall, the office manager, informed me that these mistakes were my fault, they recommended I go somewhere else. The social worker, Yvette Washington, was initially disrespectful when she didn't realize I was standing behind her while she spoke to a colleague. When she realized, she went from disrespectful to condescending.nnI never thought I'd leave the doctors office sicker than I arrive, but Mount Sinai managed it.

the Call center is horrible, you can never get anyone on the line. They have done nothing to fix it in 10 years. You will die waiting for an answer.

Even with all the protocols just can't get it right. Please get rid of the miserable troll at front with the deer in headlights greet. She sent me to a referral and they had no idea who I was. Care for those not millionaires should not suck.

Change Morningside Clinic it did a renovation to new building bt the service got worst, I hv a good doctor Georgia Osterio, bt book appointment with her is unbelievable, she only see patients on Tuesday and Friday, that mean she never really hv to talk with u, be cuz she has so many patients on those days, leaving and going to Mount Sinai on the east side attended that hospital for a long time I need change be cuz they change from good to worst, getting appointment is like pulling teeth. Well I need my medical providers who care and the facility it self has changed.
