I visit On Your Feet every year at least once during my annual visit to Santa Fe, and have been doing so for decades. The selection of shoes and handbags is always good, though service can be spotty. COVID restrictions present a challenge to all stores and restaurants and this store is no exception. However, even while only allowing three customers in at a time, which of course means one must wait in line to get in, the service is still mediocre at best. How could I spend 10 minutes inside a store with only two additional customers and still not be assisted by anyone? Super disappointing. On Your Feet could use this challenging time to improve service. Instead, I left with the impression that I was perceived as an infectious problem rather than a valued customer. I hope you get it together, On Your Feet. Other retailers and restaurants have figured it out. Now it’s your turn.
They were technically closed but graciously helped me anyway. This store has a terrific, large selection of shoes, socks and more. Go shop there! Nice people work there.
The staff is super friendly and helpful at both locations. Excellent selection of comfort shoes and accessories, best shoes selection in Santa Fe.
Not only did I get an awesome pair of shoes, but I also got a pair of inserts that made my uncomfortable Merrells feel wonderful.
Wonderful store and seasonal sales. Building owner/ management makes this place unvisitable.
