Incredibly helpful service, excellent range of safety & hiking boots & shoes, & really competitive prices. Came away with a pair of women's Timberline hiking boots for $90 & a snazzy pair of women's Doc Martin's for $110 - both under the prices quoted from those suppliers.nGood pandemic cleanliness too.

I searched all over to find Work boots in a size 15 4E. I was super excited when I finally found them here at Al’s. I drove across the state to get here. Upon enterprise, the Lady working was extremely rude to us. Even though we were wearing masks, she continuously harassed us about my asthmatic Stepmother “not wearing the proper mask”. She was wearing one that covers both her nose and mouth, how is that Improper? If there were any other location around to find boots, I assure you, I would have gladly gone there instead. The employee continued to be rude for the remainder of my visit, while my Mother had to remain outside in the rain. I would strongly encourage anyone with a sense of ethics, Do Not Shop here!

At 1st not so but on a return trip we encountered Mr. Jake, stellar customer service, hospitality specialist, very knowledgeable on his product and a great experience! Ask for and thank you Jake!

Great service and a wider selection of work boots and shoes than I have seen elsewhere. The pricing is competitive with anything you can find online. I look forward to my annual work boot trip to Al's.
