Shoe Dept. Encore

The assistant Manager( Andrea) has very poor customer service. I went in to buy a pair of shoes for my family. I was with my kids, wife and grandparents. We all found shoes and went to check out. At the check out the employee too a pair of shoes I was buying to the back than returned with a different box and continued to ring me up. I notice the total was more than it should of been. The cashier said one if the shoes had a wrong box and they switched it out. I explained the sales girl helping us is the one who got the box from the back and said they would honor the price since it was there mistake. The cashier called the assistant manger over and she begin to yell at us saying if she would not honor the price and if she did she would have to give everyone in the store a discount. She said her employee has no authority to make any decisions on her own and that she has no idea what she was talking about. Then she begin to yell at my grandmother when she asked for a manger. She yelled at my grandmother and said to call customer on her cause they won't do nothing. I reported this to customer service and have yet got a response back. I spent over $130 on shoes and will never spend one cent at this store. My grandmother left crying from the horrible experience.

Customer service associate asked if we needed help then was not very helpful. She kept repeating that what they had in stock was already out on the shelves. I asked her for the size I was looking for and she repeated the same thing. Very montone.

Wow very rude. My wife had just gone through surgery a few days before and asked nicely for a restroom and they refused her. Not very kind indeed
