When we walked in for the first time, during covid no less, we were greeted immediately. The employees asked about our cat, her particular food issues and helped us find the best options for her. In addition we received our varieties free if they didn't entice her. As we left we immediately declared we would be coming back. This just based on the attention we received.nOur junk food addict of a cat suddenly was eating quality food with Gusto. We have weaned her off dry food as well! She loves the food we get her now and we are pleased with the security of feeding our cat the best food she will eat. All of this, customer service, healthy cat, and local business! There is nothing more we could ask!

I wanted to tell you I will no longer be shopping at Mud Bay any longer due to one of your employee’s at this location. She was extremely rude, and yelling at customers to stay behind the blue line. She was Also while standing behind the counter screaming at customers who came in the door to pull up their mask I understand enforcing rules but being rude and yelling at customers is another thing. I have an autistic son who rarely gets out of the house and this was the 1st experience he had after 30 days of staying home and tons on convincing from me to just get out for a short stop to get cat food. This interaction from Sarah yelling at him me and overall ordering everybody around and her overall negative energy put him in a complete melt down. It took me 30 minutes to calm him down in the car and I ended up not being able to finish the rest of my errands as I had to go immediately home after this. I followed all your rules, washed hands before entering store, social distance, wearing mask, but she was absolutely outrageous! I will never shop there again and I will tell everyone about this horrible experience.
