Great experience with banker Trent Jennings, I’m not familiar with every branch, however this branch has the best associates. All I can say is that they were great and assisting me in a situation. They were knowledgeable helpful and solve my problem and matter of minutes.

Personal banker Trent Jennings super quick super efficient. The Personal banker was handling various tasks professionally multitasking add an incredible level I have never seen or witnessed before I earn a Chase Bank branch, because of his efficiency and professionalism I have decided to go to this division branch more frequently and have made it my primary bank branch specifically because he assists in all the tasks speedily.

Do not bank with. Chase, after the quarantine is up I will definitely look for a new bank. And I will advocate on people thinking about chase as a bank. Do not do it!
