Wells Fargo Bank

had an amazing experience in the branch today. Tellers were doing they best the could working through the lines. Yes it gets busy sometimes but not their fault, it's a busy location. Thank you to the teller, Jazzmin as she took amazing care of me and my needs, like always.

It's been a week and I'm still flabbergasted at what a great day Greg made it for me. I came in on the verge of tears (and honestly planning to close my account soon after 9 years with Wells Fargo) and I thank whatever stroke of luck sent me to Greg's desk because he not only took care of what I needed in a moment so I could get to am important appointment on time, but was also just the kindest, sweetest, most sympathetic human I've had the fortune to ever have take care of me at a bank. Wells Fargo was stars for my shady extra account and consistent inconveniences. But Greg is 10 stars. Also 5 stars everyone else on this visit for being so friendly and kind. I never want to trade branches.

I went in to talk to the bank manager about a new investment vehicle and the manager was incredibly rude. She told me she didn't have to be educated about it and told me they do not do what I'm talking about. It was nothing to do except listen and let me know the who the CRA person is. The manager's name is Rachel Whener. She rushed to get away and was very facetious. I went to the branch down the street and they were totally opposite. Customer service even on a Saturday is important.

I stopped there to resolve an issue with my bank card, they said they have an issue with their system, then my other account’s card stopped working too, which is ridiculous! Then I have to stop again at the branch I’ve waited for almost half an hour finally the branch manager came out, I thought she’s going to help me but she told me I need to wait more because she’s in her way out!!nI think for a bank who has problem with the sys they should even work day n night to resolve those issues and not lose customers not having customers waiting on the lobby for more than 40 min!!

Tried to cash a Wells Fargo check, they refused to waive the fee unless we opened an account with them. No one should have to have a Wells Fargo account, especially from this branch. Manager was rude, second cashier was rude. Amazing.
