Dr. Lin’s practice is one of the best that I’ve been too. Always in time with appointments, no waiting periods. Always takes time to deal with whatever your problems are and focuses routines on improving problem areas. Makes doing your daily routines fun and energetic. He has an amusing personality and very knowledgeable about improvements of exercises and kinds of exercise equipments. If I could go daily to his practice, I would. Excellent Doctor, excellent practice. Caters to all needs and schedules.

I highly recommend Dr. Lin for physical therapy. In early August, I developed a severe aching pain in my hip, likely from overuse, as I am an avid runner. I was completely distraught that I couldn’t run my typical 5-6 mile route without sharp pain in my hip 10 minutes in.nnI began working with Dr. Lin when I could no longer run through the hip pain. From the first session, Dr. Lin was able to diagnose the issue and explained the recovery process, putting my mind at ease. I worked with Dr. Lin once a week for about 3 months. Dr Lin helped me understand how building core and glute strength could help put less strain on my hips. Our sessions combined techniques for loosening up tight muscles as well as strength training and stretches.nnI am so relieved to have found Dr. Lin at Empowerment Physical Therapy. Today I’m able to enjoy the beautiful fall running weather with no pain on the trails. Dr Lin is the best! Trust the process.

Came here as I was having issues with my knee. They helped me figure out what was wrong based on my symptoms and helped me figure out exercises I could use to get better.
