There is always an employee available to help if you need anything. Never any long linesI love to shop here it was wide grocery store and it was great pricing stuff. It was clean and well organized. They also have a variety of everything you products you needs from fresh fruits and products i like Freddie's. Prices are reasonable and they have good sales. I like that I can get pretty much everything I need in one stop

This is a pretty decent location as far as Fred Meyer Meyers go. Jhonson Creek is way worse!

NOT SAFE. A significant number of shoppers have no masks. We tried to order food from the deli at 10:45am, but there was a girl with no mask talking by the counter. We pointed this out to the woman working there so that we could approach, she shrugged. We asked if there was a mandate, she looked away and would no longer engage. We do not feel safe shopping in a place where staff and management have no concern for exposure risks.

I bought a vacuum one month and one week ago at Clackamas Fred Meyer, I found out less than a week after 30 days that the cord was defective, (meaning it was one of those cords that you push a button and it winds up into the vacuum) when the lever was pushed it whipped into the vacuum somewhere! When I brought it back in I was told by Sandy that they can't return it to the factory without all of the parts and since the cord wasn't visible they won't return it! Then the next day I called and spoke to the store manager Nicole who was worthless! She only said she would talk to Sandy and she wasn't thrilled to do that! She was very cold! I've been a customer for over 30 years and I will never step foot in there again for the simple reason that there is no such thing as customer service anymore! There has been other scenarios in the past but this one was the last one that I will deal with!
