They didn’t give me a complimentary monkey
Terrible customer service when it comes to their return policy. My heel broke the second day I wore them and I came to store and they would not allow me to exchange just because I didn’t have the box. I had to drive an hour to get there and I’ve received better service at many other shoe stores like Nordstrom and even Payless show source where their return policy was more convenient for situations like this
