This grocer has good quality foods at a reasonable price. The aisles are well stocked, the produce is organized. There is a sanitation station at the entrance. The employees tending to the self-checkout kiosks used to sanitize the kiosks after every use but weren't sanitizing them during my visit.
Do most my shoppoing here and I've always been happy with it. However today was different. They must have on new people. My cashier some how lost like half my groceries. When I was placing then in my car I realized an iteam was missing... then went on realizing I was missing 6 to 8 items. I went back quickly to find he didn't have them there at the register. After clearly telling him I didn't need any bags he bagged these items any way and probably forgot, i figured he had put them in my reusable bags. So someone lefts with extra stuff of mine this evening.
The employees are so helpful and friendly . The store has a very large variety to select from in any Department.
They NEVER seem to have enough cashiers.... 3rd time I waited alone with other annoyed customers. Associates are more concerned with passing blame. I have even spoken to the manager about the sad assistance I continue to receive. I will never shop here again... mind you I only have 10 items...😡 still they are more concerned about payroll than customers.... never again!
Worst place delivery service for trucker. Called 4 times person told to go to wrong side of store had to back out threw cars even though maps shows you can go around back of store you cannot 2 fences and junk everywhere . then went to other side and walked in got manager and sitting waiti g over half hour so far for someone to break seal so can finish backing in and getting unloaded. giggly girl answeing phone would just laugh and hang up on me when ask to talk to receiving or manager.
