I feel inclined to leave this review after today's experience on top of previous build up experiences. The guy that works here is so rude! I walked in and did not get a warm happy welcome. Instead I got follow the arrows. How about you sir go to professionalism school & learn how to revise what you say to make it sound better! Here is an example, Hi welcome to Sally's could you please follow the arrows. This wasn't the first time this guy has been rude when I have been to this location. 2 more reviews mentioned his rudeness too so that says something. When I was leaving another woman walked in & he said your going to have to wait outside we are at our max capacity. How bout revising what you say to Hi, welcome to Sally's, could you please wait outside & we will serve you soon because we are at our max capacity or something along that lines. "Please" goes along ways sir & just sounds polite & not demanding.

Went today for toner. Walked in and instantly the women with purple blueish hair screamed at me “Mam please wait”. i didn’t know what that meant bc nothing on the outside says to wait for an employee to let you in. then followed up with “WAIT OUTSIDE” very rude. and we i waited outside she never let me in when people exited instead i poked my head out and asked. when i checked out she was so rude not talking to me. just rang up my things and told me my price. and walked away once the transaction was over.

I love this place, the girls are always so nice, but today i walked in and the guy that works there was soo rude to me. Asked me to step outside in a very rudely manner and even after people left never let me inside until someone walked outside and said it was ok to go in. Then i waited about 5 minutes in line no one there. Then when the guy came to check me out he said "she's in the back room for the hundredth time" like he didn't want to check me out. I felt super uncomfortable.

The service at the Cerillos Rd store is the most uncomfortable experience . Would not recommend going to that store rude and unprofessional.

Love this place... This is always my go to for my hair and the staff is extremely helpful and know exactly what I'm looking for when I ask... Even when I have an hard time explaining
