Prospect Medical Offices

The doctors are terrific, and the onsite experience is good. But the office management is terrible. It takes a very long time on the phone to do anything, especially to make or cancel an appointment. Valley has a perfectly good web service for this but they don't use it. I've never ever gotten a human when I called, they ask for a phone number so they can call back. But this isn't really feasible for me much of the time because of my work.

The staff is friendly and my wait time was average. The doctors are all super! I think I must have seen at least half of them for one thing or another. The phone system takes a little navigating but overall great place.

I started using this office when I moved here bc my boyfriends family likes them. I was extremely hesitant to use a group bc I prefer to see my doctor when I am sick not someone else. I love Dr. Lim, however every time I call I can not get an apt to see him. In fact I called today after having the flu for 7 days begging to be seen (this was a Friday) they told me to go to an urgent care they can’t see me till a Tuesday at all. That’s how they treat their parents tell them to go elsewhere after having a 101.5 fever for 6 days. They wouldn’t even let me speak to anyone but the front counter receptionist.

I find this facility to be highly professional. I cannot understand the negative comments. Can't please some people. I highly recommend Prospect Medical.

My experience with Dr. Leibowitz and Dr. Hart is thorough, caring and as much time as needed is provided. Their assistants are great as well.
