Wow, if you enjoy wasting your time , this is the place for you! I had a 9 AM appointment, and at 10:20 I was still waiting to see the doctor. Took them three weeks to get back to me to tell me I was having issues with my heart. So if you’re really not concerned with with your health or well-being this place is for you !

All of the staff are great to deal with. They’re professional, friendly and competent. I recently saw Dr Hewitt and she was nothing short of AMAZING! She knew right away what my issue was and gave me meds to heal it QUICK. Knowledgeable and great personality!! I’ve also seen Dr Nickels who is equally wonderful! Nancy is a great medical assistant as well. I recommend her if you need blood taken especially!

0 respect for you time... you’re just another brink in the wall. Waited an 1 1/2 hours wearing a gown in exam room terrible.

We saw 3 different doctors over 30+ yrs there , As long as things weren’t complicated they were satisfactory Don’t expect calls back for a week. Don’t expect labs to be reviewed for a week . Check and double check everything they do. Including the front desk. Most of the time the staff were pleasant. My concerns are with the follow thru of medical concerns and lack of concern for abnormal findings.

I saw Dr. Cooper 2 years ago by default as Dr. Nickles had no availability for a while. Dr. Cooper is amazing. Efficient, caring, professional all the way. I brought my daughter to see him earlier this year and he was compassionate, honest, kind, professional, broached a sensitive topic with grace and caring. As a registered nurse, I am very observant and very appreciative of good quality health care. Dr. Cooper epitomizes it all. I hope he never gets too busy that he can't give the great care he gives now.
