Walked in and was quickly asked what I wanted it thought I wanted so he could grab it, sell it, and leave. I simply stated no, let me look around so I can see what I want. So I asked what is the smallest in size of battery they carry. He didn't know, I mean he asked what kind of battery. So I showed him my mini vape. So asking if he had one like the one I showed him, he quickly replies, "I DON'T NEED TO BE TALKED TO THIS WAY, AND ORDERS ME TO GET OUT"!!!! I laugh and walked out. Great customer service to bad they didn't know a thing about what they're selling or I would if walked out buying something, instead of getting kicked out. ONE START....
Nice service. Ask the guy about the armor in the corner, good story.
I only go on Saturdays now for the excellent customer service of Ryan! The other guy doesn't know what he's doing... might be a new worker or one that shouldn't be there. But if you go Saturday is the day whether you have no idea what you are doing or just want to relax in a good atmosphere. Thank you Ryan!
I enjoy seeing my friend Ryan at the vape shop. He is always friendly and helpful to help me find great flavors that I enjoy. If there is not what I'm looking for, he will find me something close it.
The best of the best. I have never had a bad experience here. I will not go to any other vape store, because I know that the people here will always get me the best products for the best price.
