They are the best! When I first got my Highlead industrial sewing machine Ryan did a full service at a lower rate than expected. Today, he FaceTimed me and walked me through clutch safety reversal...saved my *ss!! Thank you Ryan!

I took my Oreck in and left it for repair. A few days later, I got a call from a staff member who told me they couldn't help me and I should come pick it up. When I went to pick it up Ryan was there. He told me he could absolutely fix it. Thump on the head to that staff member. Not only did Ryan fix it, it works better than it EVER did. A hearty shout out to Ryan. Thanks.

Very rude no customer service will no longer to business won't even give it a star that's how rude. Take your business some where else.

Very nice people. I did a simple but dumb thing to my vacuum which I couldn't fix. I brought it by the store where the problem was promptly taken care of (and I should add at no charge to me). They have my business.
