Fantastic place. Educated, friendly staff, healthy animals, fair prices and a clean facility. Can't ask for much else

Service was terrible. Was basically ignored or given short responses then would walk away.. the animals are neglected.. the cages might be cleaned occasionally but the animals are not handled very often... bunnies had no food no water... cages disgusting... Guinea pigs are over priced.. poor sugar gliders that are older are never handled and terrified if you try to hold or touch one... my son bought a Guinea Pig (because he felt so bad plus they had no idea if it was a female or not) and the box they sent him home with was full of roach residue.... my kids felt so bad for the animals there.... they need to clean that place up!! Clean the staff up clean the cages!!! And better treat their animals... they shouldn't be open if they don't care for the welfare of their animals period!!! Alot of the furry animals looked a sick.. frogs were in tiny containers.. dead fish in tank... poor ducklings had no food or water tried telling staff.. went unheard...& the list goes on...

Excellent variety of hard to find exotic pet supplies for my crested gecko. Just a heads up, nothing for cats and dogs here, you have the big box stores for that. If you are looking for the best food for your reptiles and amphibians or a new exotic pet, this is your one stop shop. Good selection of fish and inverts, both fresh and saltwater too.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! we walked in and saw 7 bunnies each in a tiny glass cage. we purchased a bunny from here 3 months ago, they told us she was “probably” 3 months old, and she suddenly passed away without any warning. they do not care for their animals, feed them, or clean their cages. the living conditions for all of the animals were completely awful. we will be calling the SPCA to try and shut this place down

Absolutely a great place. Tons of awesome reptiles. Can't say enough about the staff. Will definitely be doing more business with them.
