The girls working at this Toms River location go above and beyond to help. Not only are they sweet and professional but Fatima went above and beyond today by calling me personally to let me know my pups food was on sale this month. I mean where can you get this kind of personalized service!!!!! Kudos to the staff & Thank you Fatima.

The manager of the store I believe I don't know her name but Danielle is the one who does the grooming and let me tell you she is great with all the pets she takes her time she's patient and she's very professional.

If you want an appointment with the groomer it takes a day or two for her to get back to you. How is it, that you can’t call this place and make an appointment with the front desk for grooming? TheynShould be more organized and have the groomer’s scheduled in front of them so you can call and make an appointment like any other place. Very disorganized. I’ve never seen anything like it. I will stick to Petsmart where I can call and book an appointment with the front desk.

Me and my husbad been coming here to wash our dog for 4 yrs now and i must say that the staff is very pleasant and helpfull.We just need more help with other products when we visiting the store.

So respectful no rushing EXTREMELY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. Unlike pets supplies plus. Will continue to go here for baths and shopping can't beat $10. Towels dry very good didn't have to use the blower and used 2 towels❣
