Went to the highly advertised emergency dental services . I called regarding “Fast track” they said I’d need to see the dental department and to come on in. So I come in within the hour to get told I need a appointment but, I can ask anyways. When I go to ask I’m advised “No new patients”. This is an emergency walk in! An emergency department that advertises a dental department but, requires an appointment only if you’re a previous patient. When went back to the patient information desk they told me a Dr. wouldn’t even see me in the fast track either. Just straight out refused to be seen at the office by a dentist and/or Doctor. I don’t know what kind of emergency walk in this place is but, they should advertise the need for an appointment only for previous patients. No compassion, zero concern for patients well being. I drove an hour because I was told to come in only to be turned away. Really disappointed by this whole situation. So beware before you head here. Sad!

I went to fast track for a covid test. The staff were really friendly. The wait was short considering how long I have waited at other offices

At 53 years old I've had a lot of experience with dental professionals. The vast majority of those being bad. My dentist at CHEMED, Dr Zimering, is the best I've ever dealt with. Professional, skilled and, shock of shocks, empathetic. Forward thinking, never any discomfort during or after a procedure. What used to be a terror filled experience has become a zero anxiety trip.

Since covid-19, all the good dentists left and never came back. Now it takes weeks or months to get an appointment, the service is lousy, & the wait is long.nThis place is going downhill...
