Nice shop with good quality fish and supply's. The tropical fish prices are a little high, but I've been out of the hobby a long time and haven't compared them to other stores. I love independent stores like this and would rather pay what it takes to keep them around...

About 4 years ago I would not have recommended this place. I think I have changed my mind. The fish and birds were all I saw. There were no patches of feathers missing on the birds and they seemed healthy and trimmed. The fish were alright too. They have a nice variety for hobbyists of freshwater, brackish water, and salt water tanks. There was only one fish swimming questionably and 1 dead fish. Otherwise they seemed to be in good shape. I bought two gouramis. They're in quarantine now, I will update if anything goes wrong, but they look good! I didn't see obvious signs of disease.

Initially walking into the store it was super clean. The gentleman, who I assume was the owner, was incredibly professional and polite. Doesn't have your normal dirty pet store odor. Unfortunately, There weren't any hedgehogs available, but I will try back at a later date.

The best pet store I've been to in NJ! The animals are extremely well cared for, everything is clean and orderly, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Great selection of pet supplies! I recently moved to the area and am so happy to have this store so close by!
