Great experience at Lacey Pet Supply with Next Level Exotics! Dan was so very helpful in helping my children pick out their perfect new friend, a Leopard Gecko! He created an AMAZING Terrarium that by far exceeded our expectations and was filled with warm cozy spots for the Leopard Gecko! He answered all of our many questions and made sure the kids knew how to take care of their new friend! The shop was filled with a great selection and the staff were so very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable!

Lacey Pet Supply might very well be the nicest pet store I’ve been to in NJ. Me & my girlfriend are hobbyists of animals in general but mostly reptiles. Soon to be breeders as well! We came across Lacey Pet a few months ago & it’s been the go-to since. We have so far purchased a pac-man frog & a crested gecko with set ups. Plus feeders when needed. When it comes to pets & supplies plus quality & compassion, this is the place to go. Sadly, many pet stores these days are filthy, the animals aren’t cared for, & the prices aren’t accurate. It’s good to see places like these still setting standards. Dan & his crew are great help with working knowledge & you can tell they love what they do. Being that this is a future dream for us, we like to idol this pet store. Keep up the great work! I’ll prepare my wallet for the next trip! One stop for everything reptile related. Megan was awesome going over what they have and can order. Owners were very pleasant. This is how a pet shop should be!

Recently, a friend purchased one rat from here and was told a small cage was fine. Rats are extremely social creatures and often don’t live long alone because they can become very depressed and die. Rats also like to climb and this cage was too even for a hamster or a mouse. If you can’t tell your customers how to properly care for an animal, you shouldn’t be allowed to sell them.
