My Levi is a 140lbs Newfoundland who we desperately needed to get cleaned and cut for our wedding ceremony— obviously with COVID-19 many people have been overbooked and I made the mistake to settle with Petco (who got the review they deserved). I was called by Petco two hours after dropping him off being told that Levi was struggling while getting blow dried, while non-aggressive, and had made them fearful of him “knocking the table over and hurting himself”. I was told to pick up my soaking wet dog who hadn’t been completed.nnI called Pampered Pets and received nothing but CARE and COMPASSION. They definitely validated how outrageous our previous experience was and assured us that Levi would be taken care of. When my fiancé picked him up, he was happy and beautiful, and without any doubt hadn’t given them ANY trouble. He was comfortable there and we are so happy with the service we received— this is the only groomer we will be bringing Levi to.

I brought my puppy to get her first groom ever last week and being it was all new to both me and my pup, I was really nervous. I explained what I wanted done and my girl came home smelling great and looking even better! I was pleased with the customer service. The girls took the time to explain everything to me. Over all, easy and great experience. I would recommend to any nervous dog moms like myself looking for a great first groom.

Bring my 2 dogs here anytime I go away and sometimes for daycare as well. They absolutely love it! The staff is extremely friendly and took excellent care of my pups! Will definitely be back

This was my dogs first time at Pampered Pet, and I am very happy with the whole experience. The staff was very friendly from the beginning and he obviously felt comfortable there. When I came to pick him up he looked very happy and clean! Smelled so good and looked 10 pounds lighter from the deshedding program ud83dude00 Definitely will be back

So I was in the backyard with my sister and her boyfriend and she was explaining to me how they went to a groomer and that Burt (Australian Shepherd) came back with all scabs on his back. She said she called then she wrote a review online. I suggested that she call back and maybe find out what might have happened. The phone was on speaker and I heard the entire conversation. Wow the owner should never deal with customer service ever again. He immediately started screaming at her saying he’s calling his attorney because she wrote a review online. I’m sister was calm and collected on the phone. When she asked to please stop threatening her that all she wants to know was what happened she turned the phone to her boyfriend. The owner pretty much called him a loser and other choice slurs. Then hung up. So I would suggest never taking any of your animals to this place.nnThe unprofessionalism of the OWNER was astounding. How can you run a business like that and treat your customers so disrespectfully. When they simply, politely, wanted answers for the possible mistake of the business
