Rob has been my nutritionist since June, 2018 and as of today...February 13th my total weight loss is 90 pounds!!! Thanks too his guidance, support and suggestions I feel so much better and even my A1c is at a healthy number!!! I was recommend from my primary doctor to see a nutritionist or dietitian, whatever you wanna call it LOL. So I was recommended to Robert Hildebrandt- RD at OHI. I’ve been going to Robert for a little over 3 1/2 months, and it has been an amazing experience. Robert techniques and tools are so simple but so impactful to make the right decisions every day. He made a simple plan and something I can follow. Plus Robert took on a huge challenge, because I have a Eating Disorder on top of just every day life.Which with having an eating disorder sometimes it scares people away because I don’t think that we can put in the work. Robert always said, we’re going to take “baby steps” and work on this together. He does not set you up for failure! He helps you set up a plan, looks at your lifestyle, and Make sure that it’s a plan that will work for you. He makes this as much in real life then living in a fantasy. I’m continuing to work with him and not going to give up with this. Thanks to his guidance and support, i’m already seeing weight loss. So in the 3 1/2 months I’ve been seeing him, I’ve already lost a total of 15 pounds. Which is huge for me, because I’ve never seen that happen so quickly!! Robert is amazing at what he does!nnRobert thank you for what you do for me and I am looking forward to continue working with you!!
I’ve been going there for the last six months, they are awesome, very helpful and friendly staff. I recommend them 100%.
I come to this location to see Robert Hildebrant and he is AWESOME! On my first month of a plan we set up together I lost 20 lbs. He is amazing and I recommend anyone looking to see a dietician to come here.
