Chase Bank

Just wanted to get changed. Had to jump through hoops to get it. Was a bit disappoint since I had to try and search for my debit card in order to get changed, when I even asked her if she could look me up with account number, phone app. ssn, Driver Id, even had a picture of my id front and back. Bit disappointed they cant even trust people who have been account holder for more the 10 years get it if it was to take out money but I brought money to get change....

So frustrated with this bank. I opened an account LAST Friday with some bloke named Raymond who assured me I would have my debit card in the mail in 3 business days. Well it’s been 8 business days and 4 weekend days since that afternoon and I STILL have not received my debit card in the mail. I also saw online that they’re doing a promotion where you receive 200$ for opening a new account with direct deposit (which is exactly what I did) but Raymond mentioned no such promotion to me and I feel like that this bank is extremely dishonest and sheisty. I will be closing my bank account with chase. Totally inconsiderate of them to take this long to send me a debit card. Like who goes that long without a debit card! Outrageous.

Came in one time a while back to open a savings account and the black woman that works there nicely told us to leave because she didn’t have time to help us. They closed in 20 minutes and said that opening a savings would take more then an hour to complete.

They are so clueless made me jump through for 3 weeks trying to get my money released they have no idea what they are doing

Friendly and helpful employees. Was no problem reversing a bank fee. The gentleman that helped me was professional and quick.
