Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Johnson Creek Bank of America gets a poor review for customer service, major lack of recognition for guests waiting in seating area on not one, but two visits to open a business account. Banker/or Manager walked past on multiple occasions with eye contact but no responses or concerns as to services needed. Unprofessional and will open our business account with a different banking institution, and close our other accounts with BOA. Highly dissatisfied with their services.

Polite staff and nice clean interior. I came in to have a document notarized, but was informed that notary services are for members only. This policy does nothing to help current members, and ensured that I will never become one.
