They lie when they claim there's a teller for each lame of the drive through.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Lucy, one of the tellers is very condescending and rude. I'm going to continue banking elsewhere

Staff is unprofessional. I called and someone immediately answered, and started talking about some rather random and personal information (likely thinking I was another customer). I had to stop him and let him know. And then when he realized, he didn’t apologize and asked me to wait for another person. He just put me on hold immediately.nnAfter waiting for 10 minutes I wasn’t sure if he was going to come back so I hung up and called again. This time a girl answered and her attitude and tone was as if I was bothering her from her lunch break.

On hold for an hour then transferred to multiple wrong departments then disconnected. Trying to open a new account but they are making it impossible for me to work with them.
