U.S. Bank Branch

This was absurd. The staff left the mic on while I’m at drive up and we’re discussing that an employee had been exposed to the virus and had come to work. What a disgrace. Now everyone could be exposed. This branch should close for a deep cleaning and quarantine. Come on us bank

I just read in the Oregonian that this branch fired an employee that gave $20 of her own money to a person on Christmas Eve that had a hold on his check. US Bank you should be happy you had such an employee! Shame on you for carrying things to far.

Teller gave a man at a gas station down the road and was fired for it.. it was her own money.

Do not come to this bank. Every time I come here there is a line with only 1-2 SLOW bank tellers. DO NOT COME HERE. So frustrating.

I will never bank here again after they fired an employee for going above and beyond for a customer. I was with US Bank for fifteen years. But the way they treated Ms.James has severed this relationship.
