These people are totally criminal I can't even get into my bank account since last time I used my account at there bank

My credit card was mistakenly closed after the death of my husband. After over five hours (over a couple of weeks) of speaking with Bank of America representatives on a national level, who all claimed to be unable to reopen my account, it was Mt. Talbert branch manager, Jeff Jones, who stepped in and took my appeal to the next level through his district manager. My card was restored to me in a matter of a couple of days! I am so thankful for Jeff and also Mark Stein in this location. Good guys, both of them!
