My primary Dr is no longer here, surprise surprise. I called 3 times, left messages, and even called the dr on call for a refill on a medication. No reply!! Went through the weekend called in and said I need a dr visit for a refill. Ive been on this med for years and have already been without for 4 days. The earliest they can get me in as a tela-visit 7 days from now. So no in person BP, temp, no listening to my chest and lungs. No refill to you see me on a video. Only missed my appt for Covid pandemic. I appreciate how you work with your clients.

Dr. Bennett is a great person, and he takes time to explain everything to you. The nurses and front staff are also very nice. I’ve never had an issue with wait times, always been in and out.

Dr. is very rude. Wasn’t getting straight to the point and then after me trying to explain what happened because he was making my boyfriend uncomfortable he told me to be quiet and he needs to hear it from him for his exact report. Just very snippy and rude. Also said the way my boyfriend got his injury was “impossible”. Just unprofessional and seems to be undereducated.

Dr. Decker was very nice and he explained everything in detail. He spent time to make sure we understood the plan and what to do if something changes . The ladies up front were efficient and very nice and right on time. The nurses are always friendly.I love that we can check in via the app as well.nGreat service

Dr Lotkowski is great. Front desk is so rude. Other doc and nurse practitioner both condescending and rude. Kept trying to put me with new doc and treating me as a new patient, when I’ve been a patient of the office consistently for over 10 years. Go elsewhere
