My whole family left this doctors office and i will be too! Every time i get blood work i have to call and ask for my results. If i have questions about it the nurses don’t even know how to answer them. They are rude and honestly the doctors will prescribe you anything without really figuring out what is wrong. I won’t be going back

Receptionists and the women who were working there just seemed really rude and unprofessional. Really upsetting because this office is so close to me and I guess I’ll just have to find a new one.

Dr Bac Nguyen is wonderful. He is the number one reason I choose Inspira. He is kind, personable, and straightforward/unambiguous. In addition, I've never waited long in the waiting room or examination area. Put those two facts together and it's five starts from me! Thanks Dr Nguyen!

I wish I could give the emergency room a 0 stars, but one is the lowest. So here I go. I went into the emergency department on Saturday 3/14/20 severely dehydrated and in need of iv fluids around noon. I had tested positive for the flu that prior Thursday, but had had the stomach flu on top of that the prior 48 hours, and couldn’t keep any fluid down, so as a last resort I needed to get fluids. Walked into the department to not be greeted, and despite no one being in there had to wait to check in. There was one man who was busy and a woman who was not. She ignored me. I had my mask on because I know I was possibly still contagious. So I checked in with this man, told him my situation and that I was indeed positive for the flu, and he was nice and told me to sit down. Then this vile woman comes out and audibly states, “If she’s positive for the flu, why is she here?” Meaning me. She then walks over to me, doesn’t say a word, and throws the heart rate monitor on my finger. Still doesn’t say a word, takes it off, then walks away. Comes back a minute later, and tells me to follow her. She practically is running and I’m so weak I can barely walk. Doesn’t offer me a wheelchair. When we get back to the room, she threw a gown on the bed, tells me to take everything from the waist up off, and put the gown on. Then shuts the door loudly. This woman was tall, probably 5’9”, had shoulder-length blonde highlighted hair, and was probably in her late 40s or early 50s. I changed, and laid on the bed for between 15-20 minutes, hasn’t been seen by anyone else, and still hadn’t been triaged, dispute there being no one else there. Dispute my being so weak and sick, I wasn’t going to wait anymore, so I told my sister to get me out of there. We left, drove to another hospital, where I was taken in and back right away and started on iv fluids and medicine for severe dehydration. The negligence of Inspira Mullica Hill’s Emergency Department is unfathomable. If I had been having a heart attack, I would have died. Will never recommend going to this place. That woman should be fired.
