U.S. Bank Branch

Horrible "customer service" you would think they are happy to even be working. Maybe after this pandemic, they will get replaced with helpful happy people, who appreciate working. Maybe an in service would help or a call to someone like the bosses boss. I myself am a blessed essential worker. Without customers you have no job. Remember that fact.

U,S Bank is a good place nice friendly people work there

Everyone at this bank has always been courteous and helpful. I've had over 10 years experience banking there.

Rude. Who the hell denies a person a bank account. Went across the street and gave wells Fargo my money no discrimination there.

Although understaffed from time to time and they forget to turn the phone lines on in the morning, the tellers are always friendly and informative. Just moved to NM and had to start an account here and so far so good. They do need more US Bank ATMs though throughout the area. And what happened to choosing your own pin? More improvements here and there would be great.
