They went beyond and above to ensure that I was taken care of, found the right fit for me. They help me walk without pain again! After the shut down my ankle was starting to hurt, I was so thankful for their return! Going in with the new protocols for service with covid-19 around didn’t feel stressful, they were their same knowledgeable, friendly selves!nnA year ago when I first went they got me in a shoe that I could walk miles a day around Europe without any discomfort or pain. When they suggested a shoe and orthotic they were upfront with the costs, they didn’t give me a “wait, there’s more!” pitch, there weren’t any hidden costs. I did get a custom orthotic that I’ve been pleased with. It’s worth it to be able to walk without pain! I highly recommend them!
