DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Nice shoe variety, nice staff. Fun options-handbags, purses, shawls etc. Just ordered boots thru their online site-- they offer additional variety there-- & my size (women's 11 +) is a little hard to find. They've begun to carry more brands this year in 11's for larger feet/taller gals. Hope these stores do well in spite of increased online competition.

Very poor experience here. It was an hour into my foray at the store until someone asked if I needed anything.nNot pleasant customer service- attitude much?nThey do not give out bags “to encourage people to shop online”. Well if that’s true then they should close the store down and do pick up only. I don’t think after spending a couple hundred dollars on shoes you should have in an uninformed fashion, no choice but to carry multiple boxes out to my car and then into an elevator to my apartment - we aren’t allowed to bring in reusable bags into many places and most places just charge for a bag.nnOverall- I will not shop here again which I guess is the point - Put up a better sign and fix your attitude

During this pandemic I did not think DSW was open... min and max about 4 customers. I really enjoyed looking around, I did get a new purse and new shoes ☺ufe0fcustomer service was excellent..

Kira is an outstanding employee!! I was wondering around stressed trying to find shoes for my wedding dress fitting that was only 30 minutes away on the verge of a meltdown... and she saved my day. She asked me if I needed help and I word vomited my situation which she listened to genuinely and empathetically. Then proceeded to rush around the store with me while checking the stock online to get me shoes asap. I walked out of the store in time for my appointment and with perfect shoes.nnTHANK YOU KIRA!!!!!!
