Erich Blume, Senior Loan Officer

I have used Erich 3 times now. He is always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. He’s very easy to talk to. Feels more like talking to a friend than a business transaction. Erich understood not every loan is the same and worked with me to find what was best for my own situation and circumstances. As I said this was the third time I used Erich. I needed to purchase a home and have it closed all in just one month As I needed to be out of my current house. I assumed it could never be done. Erich worked long hours always communicating with me what he needed and where we were at in the process. Even ran into some hiccups with the home I bought and the seller not repairing some items as he was supposed to. This was very stressful. Erich put me first and looked out for my best interest always. He was able to find out information for me and ensure I did not waste any of my money until things were perfect and that I felt good about everything. He got the deal done for me and in time. I will continue to use Erich as I always have and highly recommend him to anyone. His staff who works with him are just as hard working and he was always one step ahead on everything.

We have used Erich three times for home purchase/refinancing, even though we are in AZ and he has relocated from CA to OR. The reason for that is that he is the best loan officer we have ever known, through more than a dozen home purchases (I was in the Navy and bought many homes along the way). He is thoroughly knowledgeable, and willing minute by minute to go the extra mile to explore all possibilities and to weigh changing options. He has great initiative, and has repeatedly come up with suggestions that achieve our goals where we believed there was no path. Most recently he laid out the cost of various options to refinance, showed us the threshold for getting what we needed, and then had our blessing to act if certain rates became available. The rates became available and he was able to act within a rare half-hour window. We could not have taken advantage of the opportunity without his initiative and our trust in him.

Erich worked hard on getting the best rate and taking care of all the details. He also provided some great background information for my inquisitive mind. A pleasure to work with him!
