Riverview Community Bank

I'm highly displeased with the service I've received from this bank. I've gone in well over several occasions and I have not once seen a glimpse of happiness or a smile out of the branch manager Laura, she quite literally mean mugs me every time I've come in threw her glass office walls. I've never felt so uncomfortable walking into an establishment time and time again because of her.nHowever, I'd like to note Robin is fantastic! Thanks for always being so kind, we appreciate people like YOU. (:

I have banked with national banks in the past and I never was very happy. I switched to Riverview and I have been very happy. They are local, they support the communities they serve, and they treat me as if I am important and they want my business.

I have worked and banked with many of the national banks that are available on the west coast. I have not only seen my fair share of nice and rude tellers but the customer service that i have been given by Robin and Ele there at the Tualatin Branch trumps all interactions! They are always so kind and helpful. They make banking easy and it's hard these days to be able to call a branch and actually get to speak to someone and not be faced with an automated system! If you want to be a part of the community, if you want to bank somewhere that doesnt view you as just another transaction, and if you want to have face to face interactions then Riverview Community Bank is the place to go!

This is my favorite place on the planet. I dread the day where I could ever be forced to bank anywhere else. The staff here is guaranteed to be more helpful & accommodating than whatever customer service you’ve ever experienced to date.
