Great products fantastic customer service! Can't recommend Red Wing enough. I needed a couple boots repaired their prices were very reasonable and the turnaround was amazingly fast. I will be a lifelong customer
Awful costumer service, I got the door shut right on my face for asking why we got my husbands boots back all wet! If you have the time Keizer store is real friendly and awesome work on the expensive boots, give them back to the costumer nice and dry and CLEAN!
Their footware is the best. Not plastic like everyone else has. Be prepared to spend money here. It will last forever.
EXTREMELY rude customer service when I called the store. Seriously some of the worst I have ever experienced. Find another job if that's how you treat people who call in with some questions.
First time at a red wing, and it was great. Staff is attentive and they a have wide selection of soft toe and steel toe shoes. Well ran shop.
