I'm not a big person on writing reviews, but after my past experience at this store I feel I must. I've passed by this store so many times without going in, but figured I'd come in and try it out. I came in with minimal knowledge on what I needed for my new pet. I was assisted throughout my entire visit by Kelly, who was amazing. Kelly was very professional and friendly, and she had tons of knowledge on the proper care for a new pet. She had so many suggestions on food, toys, and other training items, all while being able to provide necessary information on the product. Kelly was outstanding, and my first experience in this store was so great I will gladly be returning to this store.

Love the store for my ud83dudc15 and cat ud83dudc08 very ud83dude22 that it will not be around soon . They have some really excellent employees .

Elavated washing stations with high volume low temp dryers are really convenient.

So I usually love coming in to visit all the people who work at PetValu. It’s very close to my home, and usually everyone is super friendly. I know most of them by name. However, the newest employee Lori is rude, unapproachable, and not customer friendly at all!! She should not be allowed to represent the store. I went to the store because Michelle had told me about her experience with her and I had to see for myself. If there is ever a time that I know she is working I won’t be going to visit!!!

The staff here have otherwise been great and the store itself is clean and offers a nice selection of stuff for your pet including cookies mine love.nnAlways will give a second chance to places that offer up an apology and don't make up bogus excuses for subpar customer service. Going to continue bringing my little ones here.nn-------nnStore is great, one of your associates isn’t. Walked in NYE for a dog wash with 40 minutes till close and tried to tell me I didn’t have time and tried to turn me away. Insisted I only needed 10 minutes and responded “ya let’s of customers tell me that and stay longer I still need to clean the dog wash...”nnThen says to another customer that said something to him, there’s nothing he can do and it’s not his fault customers wait till last minute.nnIt will be his fault customers don’t come back.nnWashed my dog anyway and still got out of the store in 10 minutes.
