Tired of waiting to get into store. Shop Rite doesn't do this and all is well shopping. People just go about there business. Don't understand why the Acme won't follow there policy. It works. All that is required is your mask. No worries.nThanks.

I was so happy when this store opened so close to my home so I wouldn't have to travel far for my pet needs. Even willing to pay the extra couple of bucks for his food. Unfortuneately, every time I go in there, they never have what I need so now I end up having to go two places to get my ferret food. I've given them several opportunities of stopping there and not having it so now I guess I just won't take the extra trip and will either order from chewy or just take the ride to PetSmart from now on.

I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by a very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly employee. Gabrielle has always helped educate on the best products and food for my animals. Hands down the best place to shop for your furbabies.

I love this place but customer service today wasn't what I was expecting at all. Not everyone there is nice and polite and I had nice people before but unfortunately I didn't today.
